Known for its cool industrial design… this original Friso Kramer Result chair. Designed by the Dutch designers Friso Kramer and Wim Rietveld for Ahrend de Cirkel (Zwanenburg, Holland) in the 1950s. Friso Kramer (1922) belongs to the first generation of industrial designers in the Netherlands. His efforts to modify and improve the industrial product were of great significance to the profession and influenced many industrial designers in later years. This copy is an early version with a wide wooden seat and back. Material: sheet steel frame, U-profile/undercarriage and a plywood seat/back. The seat height is 0.46 cm. Considering its age in good used vintage condition. Special because of its cool, industrial and above all timeless character. Wonderful to place them at a nice long table or to use them as an office chair.
