Designer: unknown, in the style of Bas van Pelt / Erich Diekmann. Period: 1940. They are of Dutch origin and in all probability they were sold in the 60s by Vroom & Dreesman. This chair has a comfortable seat and the uniquely designed wingback / ‘ears’ provide extra comfort to your head. This vintage rope armchair is made of natural materials. The frame is made of plywood and the seat is made of woven rope. A unique design with a continuous seat that flows into the back. A nice detail is the contrast between the light rope seat and the dark armrests. Will this beautiful armchair soon be in your interior? Considering its age still in good vintage condition.
