Beautiful timeless design classic, this Louis Poulsen lamp (Denmark), model AJ Royal, designed by Arne Jacobsen. A beautiful white metal shade with 4 light points downwards. In addition, the lamp also shines indirect atmospheric light upwards through the ‘louver rings’. The rings are made of metal & the screens are made of cast aluminum. Colour: White. This model was designed in 1957 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. Dimensions: diameter 50 cm, height 23 cm. Still in very good vintage condition. Beautiful for above a large table.
