We love Dutch design! This beautiful sofa is definitely a timeless design classic. A particularly beautiful design by Madsen & Schubell. Period: 1950s/60s. The sofa is inspired by the organic shapes of Scandinavian design. The sofa has a beautiful ‘wingback’ in the back and a nice detail is of course the continuous armrest. Made of solid teak wood and equipped with yellow upholstery with a subtle light floral print. Considering its age it is in a good vintage condition (some discolouration/circle in the back near the seat). This vintage lounge sofa is an absolutely timeless item. A special design classic with an eye for detail. Beautiful in both a vintage and a modern interior. Hello happy yellow!
