What a unique find! This beautiful set of 8 dining room chairs are from Dutch soil. Marked on the bottom with ‘Firma Gebr. Verhouden’ produced in 1955. They managed to make a name for themselves in the successful Oirschot in the 1950s, the furniture city at the time. Absolutely special in this complete set. In terms of design, these vintage chairs are reminiscent of the French classics by Thonet. The detailing is very nice, such as the bentwood armrests. A beautiful set with ecru skai leather. The curved bentwood armrests give the chairs that well-known 1950s look. The chairs have a good seating comfort. Ideal for a large table or restaurant hotel.
